Story Track: Bullett Raja is a 2013 Hindi action film written and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, the film is set against the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh-based mafia while dealing with the political and industrial powers of the state. The story follows two men, Raja Mishra (Khan) and his best friend Rudra(Shergill), who become UP's biggest robin hoods, who with the aid of Minister Shukla (Babbar) try to omit the other dacoits.[clarification needed] Raja meets and falls in love with a Bengali girl Mitali (Sinha). Raja and Rudra kidnap businessman Bajaj(Grover) for money, who in turn kills Rudra. Raja decides to avenge the murder of his best friend, the rest of the movie follows how Raja takes revenge for Rudra's murder and how he is tangled in the dirty politics of UP.
